In a cozy kitchen tucked inside the country of Belize City, it all began with a humble little blue oven—cute, resilient, and just big enough to fill the kitchen with the scent of sweet possibilities. Cheryl didn’t have a bakery back then. What she had was a bold heart, a love for unique flavors, paired with all natural ingredients and a small blue oven that seemed to shimmer with potential.
That oven baked more than cookies and brownies. It baked joy for her friends and family. It baked cupcakes and other family recipes for friends who ask, “Where did you get this?”
So, the name was born—Sapphire Oven—a tribute to the spark that started it all. Today, it’s more than a brand. It’s a vibe. A little luxe, a little island soul, and always baked with bold flavors, natural ingredients and of course love.
